This weekend I made this super good smoothie from Marley Spoon
-1/2 tsp lime zest
-2 tsp lime juice
-tbsp Apricot Preserves
-cup of Greek Yogurt
-2 tbsp Chia Seeds
-1 – 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1. Quarter pears and cut into 1 inch pieces. Grate 1/2 teaspoon lime zest and then squeeze 2 teaspoons lime juice.
2. Add chia seeds, yogurt, apricot preserves, lime zest and juice and pears to blender. Top with 1 cup of ice and 1 1/2 cups liquid of your choice (I used unsweetened almond milk!)
3. Blend and serve! Garnish with a lime wedge.
