I’ve finally began the wedding dress hunt and it’s so exciting!! A few weeks ago I went into David’s Bridal and had the BEST time trying on dresses with them! To be honest it was something I had sort of dreaded and I honestly left being blown away by how much fun I had! Their location in NYC was in the perfect area and the staff was SO sweet! Now onto the dresses…
First off when I got to David’s Bridal I immediately started picking out dresses, I picked out SO many! They just had so many gorgeous ones I couldn’t get over it! I also felt so happy with how many sizes they had.. they had so many actually IN my size, not just ones that had to be pinned! One of the big reasons I was so excited to Collab with David’s Bridal was because they are always so inclusive and celebrate lots of different body types. The bridal industry can tend to always make women feel like they ‘need to lose 15 pounds’ or need to reach some beauty standard to look like a beautiful bride… and I SAY LETS PUT AN END TO THAT! I felt like a princess in my size 10-12 wedding dresses and want to remind you all that you can be a beautiful bride no matter what size or shape you are!
I truly just had such a wonderful time trying these dresses on at David’s Bridal and working towards finding ‘the one’ for our big day. I still can’t even decide which one is my favorite.. which one is yours!?
