It’s that time of the year again…
The past two Halloween seasons, Rachel of Jag Lever and I have done some really cool shoots to celebrate a season we both love so much! If you haven’t seen the previous shoots we did, take a look here and here! This year we have teamed up with Party City to create our Queen of Hearts look for this year. We had so much fun shooting this and I look forward to coming up with something fun with Rachel every year.
We purchased a few other things from Party City to finish off the look such as these huge lollipops, glittery red heels, and heart confetti that we glued on. We also purchased a scepter similar to ones you can find here! I just love getting into the holiday spirit and dressing up. It’s always so fun and we decided to play with a new element this year- smoke bombs! Rachel’s uncle helped us out and we had so much fun figuring our how to take photos with them.
The inspiration for this outfit not only comes from Alice and Wonderland,but from Party City’s awesome preview they had this year with all of the awesome looks they are selling this year. I was obsessed with so many of the super hero costumes as well. They are so cute! While we were in Party City I started going crazy wanted to buy all of the Halloween decorations and candy (you likely saw some of it on Snapchat heh). Seriously why have a Halloween party when you can have a Party City Halloween party?! Their stuff is freaking amazing. Rachel and I could of spent the entire day in the store.
