Instagram vs.... well my high waisted shorts rolled down 🤷🏻‍♀️ both are me. Both are worthy. I am a girl who loves working out and will forever love bread and cake. I also really love eating healthy. Just because I enjoy eating healthy doesn’t mean I’m trying to lose weight (not mad if you’ve asked me- Just a thought for everyone 🧡). I’ve come to realize all the years I calorie counted and wanted to lose weight- it was never ever about my weight- it didn’t matter how much weight I lost. I was unhappy with the body I was born with. I wanted to change and alter it until I just realized... this is it. I’m born in this body and I’ll die it this body and it’s about damn time I became comfortable with her. So each day is a battle of learning to love myself and most days I come out on top. Some days there are tears and I’m hard on myself. But I keep reminding myself this is ME. It’s the longest relationship I’ll ever have and that’s the most beautiful thing 🧡 #selflove

I rarely see girls my size workout on the gram so imma post me workout out on the gram 🙏🏻 working out doesn’t have to be about losing weight- for me with mainly staying indoors it’s helped my mental state INSANELY and really has nothing to do with weight (I don’t own a scale) but about feeling strong 🧡 and lately I’ve been feeling strong as hell 👊🏻 I hope this helps you hold nothing back and reminds you you can enjoy working out regardless of your size 🙌🏻
