Styling some jewelry that’s made in my home state!…
Do you ever have pieces of jewelry that are so special you want your outfit to revolve around it? That’s how I feel about the pieces I’m wearing in this look (especially the hair pin!) They honestly are so versatile, but at the same time I wanted the perfect piece to wear with them, I was thinking either denim or floral!
These amazing laser cut, wood pieces by Etch are made in Louisiana and for that reason alone (since I’m from Louisiana) they feel even that more special to me! Plus I love small designers more than anything, especially for jewelry because it’s such an important personal detail. I can’t express to you how much I love this hair pin! I usually don’t really care for my hair to be pulled back, but this pin only holds the most perfect amount of hair and I really liked how my hair wasn’t tightly pulled back.. it was just loose and felt like a nice change! They also have it in the shape of a triangle, which is super cool! Check out their stuff if you’ve never heard of them.
Now lets talk about the rest of the look. I paired the Etch jewelry pieces with this Oasis denim dress and coat, a vintage backpack, and these incredible Marais USA boots (you may of seen me share these on Insta..) I slipped into this look to have a little walk through the park and grab a snack yesterday. I wear denim so little that I forget how comfortable it is in dress form!
Love,
Noelle
