Rachel and I had the time of our lives at Firefly music festival in Delaware…
As most of you already know, last weekend Rachel and I went to a little town in Delaware to go to a music festival called Firefly and had the time of our LIVES. We made so many memories and saw so many amazing bands. The trip started with taking the AmTrack and as we were checking into our hotel, band members of Third Eye Blind were as well. Long story short, we ended up hanging out with them every night while we were there and Saturday they gave us Artists passes so we could basically see every band from an amazing spot! and go (almost) where ever we wanted! Not to mention we got to watch Third Eye Blind from the stage. It was amazing!!! So many 90’s memories with their songs. Words can’t explain the fun we had! Not to mention we got to see Band of Horses,Iron and Wine, Imagine Dragons, Tegan and Sara, Arctic Monkeys, Geographer and seriously SO MUCH MORE. We both had the time of our lives.
Now more on the clothes I wore! I wore really simple white and blue outfits (not purposefully,but looking back that was my color scheme! Ha). For the first day I wore my new cropped striped tee and sailor shorts from Others Follow. They look a little french with what I wore and I love it! I had my IGWT denim jacket tied around my waist most of the time because it would get chilly at night. The second day of the festival I wore this awesome vintage looking romper I scored at Crossroads. For both days I used my old Urban Outfitters backpack that I recently rediscovered! You’ve got to love those random pieces that you forget about,but are super practical so you keep them for forever!
Well this is certainly the longest text I have ever written in a blog post before.. I just had so much for doing on a trip with Rachel though! We are making it a goal of ours to travel more the rest of this year. I can’t wait to see where else we will go!
