This adorable velvet skirt that I’m wearing in this look is named after me! It’s called the Downing skirt by In God We Trust. It’s sort of modeled after a vintage skirt I own and I love it so much. I’ve never shared this on my blog, but I am the brand ambassador of In God We Trust. If you’ve never checked our stuff out, please do. We make all of our clothing and jewelry at our Brooklyn store (in the back is the studio) and I feel very proud to be involved with such an amazing brand and team. Almost all of the jewelry I ever have on is In God We Trust.
Anyways, I love having little things to change up my simple pieces.. these little cat collar tips from Chicwish are SO great for October.. I love having some playful Halloween things sometimes and that’s what they remind me of. Also my friend Bonnie has had these lace tights from Chicwish for so long and I finally have a pair. I’m in love with them.
