Showing off a bit of a nautical look from California…
One night while in California, Danny and I met up with some of his friends at Dana Point Harbor in Orange County to have a little bbq. I noticed, even while it was super dark at night, that this place was stunningly beautiful! I had to come back to take photos because I was just stunned by how pretty it was. With some huge, beautiful boats and the land surrounding the water, it was just a place I had to shoot at! So the next day we came back during the day to explore and see its full beauty!
I wanted to go with a bit of a nautical look (duh!) so I wore this Forever 21 boat printed top I scored at Crossroads Trading for like 6 bucks. Seriously. I paired it with white shorts, an asos bow tie, a boater hat, and sweet touches of red! A super easy look I feel like anyone could put together with stuff they already own. I must say though, I’m quite addicted to wearing these bow ties/frilly bows? I’m not sure what they are actually called,but I have like 7 from Asos and they are such a good way to finish off a button down look! I have a velvet one that I am also quite fond of.
