A little winter make up tutorial…

So here’s the final look we will be achieving with these Cate McNabb products. A nice warm winter-toned look.

These are the products I used for this look. A bronzer, lipstick, lip laquer, liquid eyeliner, and mascara. All cruelty free, which is a big part of why I love them.

Step 1: Just start with a bare face. I put on my foundation and powder.

Step 2: Apply the gel eyeliner.  I feel like with this it helps to take it super slow and start with the wing and then go inward towards the eye. Then fill the rest of it in. While gel can be super tricky, it has a nice dark effect to it that’s so nice. I sometimes start off penciling it out with a liquid pen eyeliner and then trace over it with a gel liner.

Step 3: This ones simple: just curl those lashes!

Step 4: Apple the volumizing mascara. There’s no tricks to this for me.. just make sure to keep tracing until they look long and you don’t have any globs!

Step 5: Apply the lipstick. This color is called Vamp and is an awesome dark, purple-y red. I just traced the lips and used lip liner if I messed up my tracing along the way.

Step 6: Make your lips shine a little bit with this lip lacquer. I constantly go back and forth on if I love a shiny lip or if I hate it and I must say, this lip lacquer stuff really is awesome! It adds a little bit of shine and it’s just the right amount. Plus because this one is a red lip lacquer it adds some red shine on top of the Vampy lipstick, making it still have an element of red.

Step 7: Using the bronzer as blush. Bronzer is so great to just dust a bit on your cheeks and look like you have a lovely glow going on! The shade I used is Bali and I am obsessed! You will see me using this every day now!

Noelle

My very first Mother’s Day as your mom my sweet My very first Mother’s Day as your mom my sweet Evergreen 🤍 you’ve changed my life forever & being your mom is always going to be the thing I am most proud of in my life 🤍 I remember right after she was born (this first photo) she was crying & I just kept saying “it’s okay baby, it’s okay” and I can’t even explain how surreal it was to be holding my baby in my arms. It’s hard for me sometimes to not feel like I’m counting down the Mother’s days my mom had with me.. thinking I only have 6 more. It reminds me constantly to be more present and make allllll the memories & don’t hold back. Being a mom is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done & also one of the absolute best, beautiful, meaningful things I’ve ever done. 🤍

A little love letter to this @sezane floral shirt A little love letter to this @sezane floral shirt of my dreams 💕🌷 this weekend is my first Mother’s Day and it has me thinking a lot about being a mom and weird little details. I used to think when you loved someone it meant you had every part of them memorized- you could pick out their hand in a line up or their lips. But with Ever I’ve realized it’s not like that- every single day she’s growing and every single day she wakes up a little bit different. It may sound silly but it’s been on my heart lately about how weirdly this feels like such an emotional part of motherhood that seems so simple but is something I never really thought about. #sezanelovers #sezanepartner
Motherhood is often seen as the ultimate balancing Motherhood is often seen as the ultimate balancing act - managing a career, maintaining a home, and raising children. But what if saying “no” could actually be empowering and give mothers the chance to say “yes”? #pureleafpartner 💕

That’s where the “No” Grants partnership with @pureleaf comes in. This program is designed to provide a little extra financial support to mothers who want to say “no” to the pressures and expectations that come with motherhood and “yes” to simplicity. With the “No” Grants partnership, Pure Leaf is empowering mothers to say “no” to doing it all and “yes” to simplifying life.

No purchase necessary. Open to all 50 US & DC residents, 18+ (19+ in AL/NE). Ends 10/31/23. Rules, eligibility & entry deadlines: www.PureLeaf.com/NoGrants.
