This is my quarantine body. Both are. It’s not a before and after, it’s taken one second apart. One minute I feel strong, the next I feel hard on myself. It’s a roller coaster. One day I feel one way, the next day I feel totally different. Do I like working out to get some endorphins going and get me feeling good in moments I might not- absolutely. Do I enjoy dessert- absolutely. One of those things doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy the other. I think people think things look one specific way and they don’t. I see a lot of negative comments about what people are eating and enjoying and just creating this negative conversation about food. Remember you’re strong. Your body is so strong and to be kind to it. There’s no box you need to put yourself in. ❤️ my random thoughts for the night ❤️#bodypositive #selflove

Today 11 years ago was the last day I ever got to

Today 11 years ago was the last day I ever got to spend with my dad. It’s weird to think about. That on this day I had no idea it was my last day I’d get. It was a really beautiful day and it made me look at the rest of my days so differently. I think about that last day a lot.. how great it was and some moments that I’ll regret forever. This is so personal and I can’t even believe I’m opening up about it but I was 16 and going through that phase of ew parents. When headed to my room that night my dad said I love you and I said ohhhkay. It’s not that I don’t think my dad didn’t know I loved him- but that was my last actual interaction with my dad. It haunts me in some ways, but most of all it made me appreciate the small moments. It makes me thankful I have Danny to be with during these times. My message to you all is- you never know when might be your last day with someone. Cherish it. Be thankful for the days we have. ❤️
