Hello from lovely California! I’ve been having a great time mostly relaxing and visiting cute cafes in the OC area. One of the cute places I’ve been is the Hello Kitty Cafe pop-up and it’s just so adorable! With the cute birthday cake (which actually is delicious if you really love sprinkles!) and kitty donut cookie I was just in sweets heaven. I also got a latte with Hello Kitty’s face on it and felt bad even drinking it it was so damn lovely!

I’ve been going to a few cutesy cafes/food places while here and decided I will do a post on a few Instagram worthy places when you visit LA/OC! So stay tuned on that! I get asked a lot about my favorite places when I travel so this year I promise to put together a little guide for each place as best I can. Especially Paris and London as I’ll be there for a while and can hopefully put together a good list!

More coming from California soon. Xxo.

I’m so jealous you got to visit the Hello Kitty Cafe! I keep trying to convince friends and family to take me there whenever I’m in California, but they’re all unwilling to go back after having to stand in an endless line opening weekend. I can’t wait to see the rest of your pictures of California and hear more about your travels this upcoming year.

OMG you have to convince them to go! It’s so cute and there’s another really, really cute bakery in the same mall that makes special character macarons called Honey and Butter! So two cute places in one!

Oh my gosh, I am just dying over that little sprinkle birthday cake!! What a cute little cafe, I had no idea that Orange County was full of such sweet little places. Maybe I’ll have to plan another trip down there soon!

Have a fun rest of your trip girl!

Ahhh, this is in Irvine, right?! I leave SoCal to head back to college in Paris in a couple of days, and I’m kicking myself for forgetting that this café opened! Next time I’m here, I guess…. <3
